Q. Help! I forgot my password!
A. Visit the Lost Password page and input your account email address. You will receive a password reset link in email. If you do not receive this reset email within 20 minutes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Q. How do I change my account information?
A. Log in to your account at the My Account page. Under the “Address” link you can change your mailing address and license number. Under the “Account Details” option you can change your name, email address, and password.
Q, I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase a class or webinar?
A. Yes! Our payments are processed through PayPal but you do not have to have a PayPal account. When you are on the “Pay with PayPal” page, simply select the gray button that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. You will be able to pay without logging in to PayPal by using your major credit or debit card.
Q. How can I learn about new classes and webinars as they are posted?
A. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on class schedules and new recorded webinars.
Q. I’d like to register for a live class and purchase a recorded webinar. How can I do this?
A. Our live event booking system is separate from our recorded webinar platform. You will need to complete two transactions. Please use the same email address while registering so that all transactions will be registered under the same account.
Q. I have lost my acupuncture CEU certificate, what can I do?
A. Please email: Michelle’s assistant Olivia, Olynch112@gmail.com. There is a $20 charge for replacement certificates.
Q. How can I delete my account?
A. Please contact email@example.com for account deletion. Please be advised that you will no longer have access to any webinar, class registration or purchased materials after account deletion.
Live Classes and Livestream Webinars
Q. I registered for a live class or livestream webinar. How do I view my registration?
A. If you don’t already have an account on our site, one will be created for you when you register. You will receive emails confirming your payment and purchase, and another email allowing you to set your password. Please check your spam folder for these emails. If you do not receive confirmation within 20 minutes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
After setting your password, you can visit your My Account page to view your enrolled classes and webinars.
Q. I am attending a livestream webinar. How will I access the class?
A. You will receive an email a few days prior to the class, which contains the links to the Zoom session, handouts, and other pertinent information. If you did not fill out our Confidentiality Agreement upon registration, please click here to fill yours out as soon as possible. You will not be admitted to the class without it.
If you do not receive the email with class links within 24 hours in advance of the class, please contact Michelle’s assistant Olivia (email@example.com) for assistance. Please also check your spam folder and search for an email from Gellis.Michelle@gmail.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Can I participate in the hands-on practice?
A. Our hands-on classes are for licensed acupuncturists, acupuncture students and medical doctors who have been trained in acupuncture, not individuals only trained in “dry needling”. Unlicensed students and other practitioners may observe.
Q. When will I receive my CEUs?
All livestream or live acupuncture CEUs will be sent within 1–2 weeks after the live class. If you need CEUs sooner, please contact Michelle’s assistant, Olivia (email@example.com) for assistance.
Q. I cannot attend the class/webinar. Can I get a refund?
A. For livestream webinars there are no refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another livestream webinar or live class upon request. Our refund policy for live in-person classes varies by format and location, please see the individual class page for details.
Q. I just purchased a recorded webinar. How do I view it?
A. If you don’t already have an account on our site, one will be created for you when you check out. Please make a note of the password you create upon checkout. You will immediately be able to access your purchased webinars from the My Account page, and you have a total of 90 days to access any webinar you purchase.

Q. I’m having trouble accessing a webinar video, handouts, or quiz. Who do I contact?
A. Contact email@example.com for assistance with any technical problems accessing your recorded webinar. In your message, please share the error message you are receiving and the type of device and browser you are using so that we may investigate any incompatibilities.
Q. I just finished the quiz. When will I receive my CEUs?
A. All online quiz submissions for recorded webinars must be reviewed before you receive your acupuncture CEUs. You should receive them via email within 2–3 business days. Contact Michelle’s assistant Olivia (firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions regarding CEUs.

Q. Where can I get proof of participation?
A. After successfully completing a webinar quiz, you will have the option to download a Certificate of Participation. (this does not replace any CEUs you earned – they are sent out separately after review). You can also download your Certificates of Participation from your My Account page under your enrolled webinars. These are available within your 90 day webinar access window.
Q. I need replacement handouts. How do I obtain these?
A. For replacement handouts, there is a $20 fee. Please contact Olivia at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire how to proceed.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. There are no refunds on recorded webinars.
Q: How long will I have to watch the webinar?
A: You will have 90 days to access the webinar and quiz.
For modules 1–5, there is a 30-day extension available, $50 for each module; see the individual webinar description to purchase. If you need an extension on a different webinar, write to email@example.com to request an extension purchase.
Q: If I purchase a webinar without CEUs but I later decide to upgrade to the CEU version, how can I do that?
A: You may purchase a CEU add-on for a small fee, see each individual webinar page for details.
