Q: Help! I forgot my password!

A: Visit the Lost Password page and input your account email address. You will receive a password reset link in email. If you do not receive this reset email within 20 minutes, please contact the webmaster for assistance. Check your spam folder, as sometimes the automated emails get flagged as spam.

Q: How do I change my account information?

A: Log in to your account at the My Account page. Under the “Address” link you can change your mailing address and license number. Under the “Account Details” option you can change your name, email address, and password.

Q: How can I learn about new classes and webinars as they are posted?

A: Subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on class schedules and new recorded webinars.

Q: I have lost my acupuncture CEU certificate, what can I do?

A: Please email Michelle’s assistant. There is a $20 charge for replacement certificates.

Q: I purchased a marketing package to download, where can I find it?

A: When you are logged in on the My Account page, you will find the package under the Downloads tab.

Q: How can I delete my account?

A: Please contact the webmaster for account deletion. Please be advised that you will no longer have access to any webinar, class registration or purchased materials after account deletion.


Live Classes and Livestream Webinars

For hands-on classes, Masks while treating fellow students are optional, but recommended.

Q: I registered for a live class or livestream webinar. How do I view my registration?

A: If you don’t already have an account on our site, one will be created for you when you register. You will receive emails confirming your payment and purchase, and another email allowing you to set your password. Please check your spam folder for these emails. If you do not receive confirmation within 20 minutes, please contact the webmaster for assistance.

After setting your password, you can visit your My Account page to view your enrolled classes and webinars.

Q: I am attending a livestream webinar. How will I access the class?

A: You will receive an email a few days prior to the class, which contains the links to the Zoom session, handouts, and other pertinent information. If you did not fill out our Confidentiality Agreement upon registration, please click here to fill yours out as soon as possible. You will not be admitted to the class without it.

If you do not receive the email with class links within 24 hours in advance of the class, please contact Michelle’s assistant for assistance. Please also check your spam folder and search for an email from Gellis.Michelle@gmail.com or gellisassistant@gmail.com.

Q: Can I participate in the hands-on practice?

A: You must complete an online lecture portion (recorded or livestream webinar) before attending the hands-on session and can practice those techniques. Our hands-on classes are for licensed acupuncturists, licensed acupuncture students and medical doctors who have been trained in acupuncture, not individuals only trained in “dry needling”. Unlicensed students may practice cupping, gua sha, and/or nanoneedling and observe the other licensed practitioners.

Q: When will I receive my CEUs?

A: All livestream or live acupuncture CEUs will be sent within 1–2 weeks after the live class. If you need CEUs sooner, please contact Michelle’s assistant for assistance.

Q: I cannot attend the class/webinar. Can I get a refund?

A: There are no refunds on any purchase – livestream or hands-on registrations may be transferred to another date/location. If you request a refund via the payment processor, you will be billed for any fees incurred.

For in-person classes administered by a third party, your registration is bound by their refund policy.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: There are no refunds on recorded webinars. If you request a refund via the payment processor, you will be billed for any fees incurred.

Q: I just purchased a recorded webinar. How do I view it?

A: If you don’t already have an account on our site, one will be created for you when you check out. Please make a note of the password you create upon checkout. You will immediately be able to access your purchased webinars from the My Account page.

For webinars purchased after May 2022, you get lifetime access. CEUs may be awarded once per webinar; you will have lifetime access to the videos and downloadable materials.

For webinars purchased prior to May 2022, you have a total of 90 days access (or 180 days for the five module package). To purchase an upgrade to the lifetime version, please click here. Your upgrade will be processed by our team and you will be notified by email once it is available in your account.

Q: I’m having trouble accessing a webinar video, handouts, or quiz. Whom do I contact?

A: Contact the webmaster for assistance with any technical problems accessing your recorded webinar. In your message, please share the error message you are receiving and the type of device and browser you are using so that we may investigate any incompatibilities.

KNOWN ISSUE: Some users have reported problems with quiz progress while using the Google Chrome web browser on a Mac computer. If you have trouble with your quiz progress, please log in to the site via the Safari browser on your Mac. If you continue to have trouble please contact the webmaster with details about the quiz, device, and browser so we may investigate.

Q: I just finished the quiz. When will I receive my CEUs?

A: All online quiz submissions for recorded webinars must be reviewed before you receive your acupuncture CEUs. You should receive them via email within 3–5 business days. Confirmation will come directly from NCCAOM, please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email within a week. Contact Michelle’s assistant with any questions regarding CEUs.

All livestream or live acupuncture CEUs will be sent within 1–2 weeks after the live class. If you need CEUs sooner, please contact Michelle’s assistant for assistance.

Q: Where can I get proof of participation?

A: After successfully completing a webinar quiz, you will have the option to download a Certificate of Participation. (this does not replace any CEUs you earned – they are sent out separately after review). You can also download your Certificates of Participation from your My Account page under your enrolled webinars. These are available to you as long as you have access to the webinar.

Q: I need replacement handouts. How do I obtain these?

A: For replacement handouts, there is a $20 fee. Please contact Michelle’s assistant to inquire how to proceed. 

Q: How long will I have to watch the webinar?

A: As of May 2022, all recorded webinars include lifetime access for as long as this site is active. We cannot indefinitely guarantee CEU eligibility, so we suggest completing the CEU quiz within a year of purchase.

For webinars purchased prior to May 2022: For individual webinars, you will have 90 days to access the webinar and quiz. For the modules 1–5 package you will have 180 days access.
